Meet the Staff

Co-Director of Coaching & Operations, Assistant Coach 2017 Boys
Morgan Parker
Morgan played Division I collegiate soccer, spending two years at Western Michigan University and three years at Murray State University as a center defensive midfielder.
She played club soccer with FC Pride, competing at the ECNL level and reaching the national playoffs multiple years. Also played at CUP, where she competed at the National League and helped the team earned second place at Nationals. She has won multiple State Cup championships in Ohio and Indiana and received invitations to the U.S. Soccer Training Center.
She played four years of varsity soccer at Carmel High School, earning 1st Team All-State and All-Conference honors, helping her team capture one state championship and one runner-up finish, and competed in ODP, receiving a regional player call-up. Morgan is entering her third season of coaching, having previously served as head coach for the 2017 Boys (Fall 2025) and 2016 Girls (Spring 2025) teams.

Destiny Gowins
Destiny played Division I collegiate soccer at Murray State University, earning 2017 All-OVC Tournament Team honors. During her career, she helped lead the Racers to three OVC Regular Season Championships, two OVC Tournament Championships, and two NCAA Tournament appearances.
Destiny played high school soccer at Graves County High School, where she earned All-District and All-Region honors, and was named Team MVP and Offensive Player of the Year as a senior.
She has worked with multiple club and high school teams across the region helping young players develop their technical skills, tactical understanding, and love for the game. She was also one of the founding coaches of Paducah Futbal Academy, playing a key role in shaping the organization’s early programs and mentoring the next generation of players.

Jeff Hill
Jeff is entering his sixth season with Paducah Futbal Academy and will be coaching the U9 Boys and Girls for the second consecutive season. He brings over 30 years of coaching experience to the club. Prior to joining the PFA family, Jeff coached numerous boys’ and girls’ teams at area high schools, including McCracken County, Paducah Tilghman, Reidland, Lone Oak, and Murray. He has also coached with several clubs, including Pumas FC, West KY FC, and Paducah Storm FC. He continued his playing career at Reidland High School and with West KY United. While attending Murray State University, Jeff played multiple seasons with the school’s club team and spent one summer competing with the Nashville Metros.

Ben Brown
Ben has been involved in soccer since the age of six, beginning as a player and competing at the club and high school levels. He has eight years of coaching experience, starting with MCYSA, and currently coaches the PFA 11/12 Boys as well as the St. Mary Lady Vikings High School and Middle School soccer teams.

Volunteer Head Coach 2015 Boys
Megan Wilson
Megan is from Maidstone, England, and brings an international and collegiate background to her coaching role. She developed through the West Ham United Academy (U16–U21), served as team captain, and gained senior team experience with the West Ham United Women’s Team. She also represented Kent in the English County Cup at the U16–U18 levels.
Megan recently completed her senior year as captain at Murray State University. After playing multiple positions earlier in her career, she competed as a center back during the Fall 2025 season, earning MVC Defensive Player of the Year, First Team All-MVC honors, and a MVC Player of the Week recognition. She previously served as a volunteer assistant coach for PFA Girls in Spring 2025.

Madeline Lotspeich
Madeline played four years on the Varsity team at Fort Zumwalt West High School and competed with St. Louis Scott
Gallagher at the club level.
Madeline began her collegiate career at Indiana State University before transferring to Murray State University, where she played from January 2023 to January 2025 before medically retiring.
Throughout her career, she earned multiple honors, including High School First Team All-Conference, Missouri All-Region, and Second Team All-State.

John Landry
John was a three-year letterwinner and two-year starter, earning selection to the 2014 All-Evansville Metro Team. He started all 22 matches that season, recording seven assists, and played a key role in leading the Tigers to City, Sectional, and Regional Championships. In addition, he played five seasons with the Evansville Soccer Club, further developing his high-level club experience.

Head Coach 2014 Girls
Isa De Santos Gomez
Isa was a a four-year varsity starter at Blue Valley North High School in Kansas, earning two Eastern Kansas League Honorable Mentions, and contributing to two regional runner-up finishes. At the club level, she was a starter for Kansas City Scott Gallagher ECNL-RL, helping the team finish as conference runners-up. She continued her career at the collegiate level as a goalkeeper for Murray State University, recording a 0.89 save percentage and a 0.32 goals-against average.

Lia Manuel
Lia was a four-year varsity starter at West Morris Mendham High School in New Jersey, where she earned three First Team All–Morris County and three First Team All-Conference selections, received two Team Offensive MVP awards, and was named a Top 20 player in North Jersey. At the club level, she was a starter for PDA ECNL. She continued her career at Murray State University, recording a 0.75 shot-on-goal percentage with one goal and one assist in 133 minutes of play.

Maggie Swift
​Maggie Swift has served as an assistant coach for Paducah Futbal Academy (PFA) for four seasons. She played collegiate soccer at Bethel University, where she was team captain for two years and led the team in assists for two seasons.

Jacob Winn
Jacob is a former U.S. Army Sergeant and Lone Oak High School soccer alumnus with over 20 years of playing experience and four years of coaching experience. He brings strong leadership, discipline, and team-first values developed through his military background, translating them into a structured, high-accountability coaching approach focused on player development and work ethic.

Marc Bridges
Marc is a 2009 Reidland High School soccer alumnus, where he earned All-Region and All-State honors during his playing career. He brings 15 years of coaching experience across club, middle school, and youth soccer programs, offering seasoned leadership and a current competitive perspective focused on player development and long-term growth.
